Paint Protection Film Removal Liability Waiver
By agreeing to the removal of Paint Protection Film (PPF) previously installed on
your vehicle, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:
- Waiver of Liability: You understand that the removal of PPF may potentially cause damage to the underlying paint surface of your vehicle. Despite our best efforts and expertise, there is a risk of minor paint imperfections, discoloration, or adhesive residue remaining on the paint surface after removal.
- Release of Responsibility: You release Carolinas Finest Detailing, LLC and its
employees or representatives from any liability for any damages that may occur
during or as a result of the PPF removal process. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the vehicle’s paint, bodywork, or any other components. - Vehicle Condition: You acknowledge that the condition of the paint and underlying surfaces may vary depending on factors such as age, previous maintenance, and environmental exposure. We will assess the condition of the PPF and underlying paint prior to removal, but we cannot guarantee the condition of the paint after removal.
- Additional Services: Any additional services required to address issues arising from the PPF removal, such as paint correction or refinishing, will be discussed with you before proceeding. You understand that these services may incur additional costs.
- Consent: Your consent for the removal of the PPF indicates your understanding and acceptance of the risks involved. You agree to hold Carolinas Finest Detailing, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities associated with the PPF removal process.
By consenting to the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Paint Protection Film Removal Liability Waiver.
